Baptism
Have you accepted Christ but not yet been baptized? Our next Crossroads Baptism is Sunday, August 24. Register at the What’s Happening Center or by contacting the church office at 517.266.1919. Mandatory Baptism informational meetings for adults are scheduled on August 10 and August 17, after all 3 worship experiences in Founders Hall. Mandatory Baptism informational meetings for kids ages 0 through 5th grade are scheduled on August 10 and August 17, after our 10 and 11:30 a.m experinces in the Multi- Purpose Room.
C.L.A.S.S.
CLASS 101 is designed to answer questions about Crossroads: Why do we do what we do? How do people connect through membership? Do I need to be baptized? Why do I hear “Next Steps” so often? Our next CLASS 101 is Sunday, August 10, 3 - 7:30 p.m. Register at the What’s Happening Center or by contacting the church office at 517.266.1919. There is no fee for CLASS 101, a complimentary dinner is included. Are you ready for your next CLASS? 201 and 401 are also offered August 10. Register with your $5 materials fee at the What’s Happening Center, lunch is provided.

Have you ever made a decision and you look back on it and you regret it?
Have you ever gone to a movie and leaving the movie theater you wish you wouldn’t have gone to that movie; you just regret it? Have you ever dated somebody you regretted? Spent money you regretted spending? Took a job you regretted taking?
It’s very natural to have a life in which we have some regrets. What we don’t want is to have a life that one day we look back on and we just regret the entire thing. We don’t want to get to our 50’s and 60’s and 70’s and look back on life going , “I wish I would have done this. I should have, I would have, I could have, I should have, I would have, I could have.”
Is it possible, that most of us aren’t really living the life that God created us to live? Not because we’re evil, sick, twisted, wicked people. Because we’ve never taken the time to really sit at the feet of Jesus and ask him, “What is your dream for my life?”
This week we take a look at “How to Live Life With No Regrets”
Come this Sunday. You won’t regret it! Three identical services: 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.

“A Taste of Romania”
Did you know Pastor Doug and Betty Jo Winters have a daughter serving Jesus in Romania? Kelsey Winters works with abandoned children in Marghita, a city in northwest Romania.
Saturday, June 21 at 10 am, Kelsey will be hosting a taste of Romania in the Cedar Center at Somerset Beach Campground (US 12, 3.5 miles west of US 127). Taste different foods from Romania. Learn Romanian songs. “Taste and see that the Lord is good” with stories about rescuing and repairing the lives of abandoned children in Romania. Spend time celebrating and praying for the larger work of Fundatia Crestina Elim, the Romanian foundation Kelsey partners with in Marghita.
This “Taste of Romania” is family-friendly. RSVP is a must: 517.879.1836.
